We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and reliably so you can get started on your projects as soon as possible.
Delivery Options & Costs
- Standard Delivery (UK): £3.50
- Free Delivery on orders over £60
All orders are shipped using a standard delivery service.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Please note:
- “Working days” exclude weekends and bank holidays
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. During peak times, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (where applicable).
Delays & Delivery Issues
While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as courier delays or high demand periods).
We are not liable for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply to resend it.
Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
We may require a short waiting period before classifying an item as lost, in line with courier policies.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
