Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All fabrics are cut to order and therefore cannot be resold once dispatched. Please check product descriptions, measurements, and quantities carefully before placing your order.

Our downloadable sewing patterns are digital products, so they are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
